Prior to joining Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg, LLC, Christina practiced insurance defense in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for six years. While working as an associate in a King of Prussia based defense firm, Christina represented one of the nation’s largest retailers in the areas of premises liability, premises security, commercial litigation, and employment law. Christina handled all aspects of her cases including discovery, depositions of all parties, motion practice, settlement conferences, mediations, and arbitrations. Christina obtained several outright defense verdicts at arbitration and obtained favorable outcomes on dispositive motions. Christina also worked as an associate at a civil defense firm in New Jersey, where she drafted and argued motions and assisted in trial preparation for matters involving school district contract disputes and employment discrimination issues, and medical malpractice matters against doctors and hospitals. Prior to going into private practice, Christina served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas M. Brown, J.S.C. in New Jersey Superior Court, Mercer County.

Christina is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law. While in law school, Christina served as a certified legal intern at Villanova’s Civil Justice Clinic, where she represented indigent clients through all stages of representation.   She also successfully represented a client in a child abuse expungement trial. Christina served as a Staff Writer on Villanova’s Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal and as a research assistant to former law professor Jennifer Sperling, Esq.   Christina also volunteered for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and the Montgomery County Criminal Record Expungement Project. Christina graduated from the University of Delaware in 2012 with a B.A. in Political Science, and minors in legal studies and sociology.
