Transparency in Coverage Rules
This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
Statement on Succession Planning
In the event of the death, disability or extended incapacity of an active lawyer, clients of that lawyer need prompt, seamless assistance to secure replacement counsel. Such assistance is required by obligations of loyalty, confidentiality and competence. Prior planning, as well as prior experience can improve succession assistance when it is needed.
In such event, our succession efforts include marshalling all client information and financial records, determination of any pending deadlines and communication with each affected client to discuss available alternatives and to obtain their instructions.
We believe that, in the 75 years of our firm, when such a tragedy occurred, we have met these obligations to clients. We pledge to continue to do so.
