Heather Muh is an associate in the firm's Philadelphia office, where she is a member of the worker’s compensation department. She focuses her practice on the defense of employers and insurance companies in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Heather worked as a law clerk in the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, Appellate Section, where she briefed and argued numerous motions and appeals before the Monmouth County Superior Court, Law Division.
Heather earned her Juris Doctor in two years from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she participated in the Accelerated J.D. Program. During law school, she interned with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, handling trials and preliminary hearings in Philadelphia Municipal Court. When she wasn’t in class or interning, Heather participated in pro bono work with Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia. In 2018, Heather received the Faculty Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Ethics.
A born and bred Jersey Girl, Heather earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Monmouth University, where she served as an editor of the student-run newspaper, as well as the Vice President of Public Relations of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority. In her free time, you can find Heather running, horseback riding, or secretly cheering for the Giants/Yankees.
