He has been named Super Lawyer® Rising Star [i] in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Jim handles complex insurance matters including defending auto bodily-injury cases ranging from tort threshold to catastrophic losses, defending premises liability matters, analyzing coverage issues, and conducting investigations into insurance fraud. Jim assists his clients with all aspects of a loss, from claims evaluation and investigation through litigation, mediation, settlement negotiation, and trial.
Jim began his legal career as an assistant district attorney in Bucks County. His practice as a prosecutor has influenced his perspective on how a civil case should be defended.
