Paul Wiedemann is a member of the firm’s New York Office where his primary focus is no fault insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, Paul served as al litigation attorney for a Wall Street firm representing a New York State insurance carrier. Paul has defended numerus insurance claims for the benefit of his client. Aside from his years of experience in insurance defense, Paul has handled criminal and fraud litigation which included forfeiture, padlock and nuisance abatement proceedings as a member of the New York City Police Department, retiring as a sergeant and an attorney.
Paul earned both his JD form Brooklyn Law School and his BS from John Jay College of Criminal Justice while employed by the NYPD.
He is a native New Yorker, born in the Bronx, raised in Brooklyn and currently resides in Staten Island. Paul enjoys sports, exercise and spending time with his family.
