Rich Tavani practices in the firm’s Marlton office where he handles workers compensation and general liability matters for a variety of large manufacturing companies, service sector clients and local government entities. He is a solicitor for several municipal entities in New Jersey. He leads the firm’s New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Department.

Rich has practiced in the New Jersey Division of Workers' Compensation for 28 years. He is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney. He is a frequent lecturer on topics concerning the handling of workers’ compensation claims and has presented joint lectures with judges of the division. He served as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Centennial Committee and he also has served on the division’s task force concerning medical and temporary benefits motions. He was also a member of the Justice Coleman Workers’ Compensation Inn of Court.

Rich is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Rich has briefed and argued numerous cases before the Superior Court of New Jersey and New Jersey Appellate Division. He has tried jury trials in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden and Cape May Counties in New Jersey.
