BBS Spotlight - Daniel Martin
This week’s BBS Spotlight focuses on BBS associate, Daniel Martin! In 2018, Dan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a Minor in Philosophy from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. In 2022, Dan received his Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude. While there, he held the position of Pennsylvania Law & Symposium Editor on the Widener Commonwealth Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. While serving on the board of the law review, Dan organized a Symposium focusing on the importance of voting rights and the impact recent elections have had on our political culture. Prior to joining the firm, Dan served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Denise M. Bowman of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and practiced municipal law at a private law firm. Dan is a member of the firm’s workers’ compensation department and focuses his practice on the defense of employers and insurance companies in Pennsylvania. In his free time, you can find Dan golfing, hiking, or playing with his dog, Max.
