Job Summary Litigation Attorney - Marlton, NJ

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, a mid-size insurance-defense firm, is seeking an attorney with three to four years of civil litigation experience, specifically handling the defense of third-party auto matters, to join our Marlton office. An ideal candidate will be experienced with New Jersey no-fault law and insurance laws, have experience in civil discovery litigation, and have courtroom experience. Trial experience is preferred. An ideal candidate will be able to submit writing samples exemplifying strong writing and analytical skills.

The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

  • JD from an accredited Law School;

  • Admitted to practice in NJ;

  • 3-4 years of civil litigation experience, specifically handling the defense third-party auto matters.
