Marc B. Bailkin is a member of the firm, joining Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg, LLC in 2015 following the merger with Britt, Hankins & Moughan. Marc is a 1993 graduate of The George Washington University (B.A. Political Science) and graduated cum laude from New England School of Law in 1998
Prior to entering civil practice in 2003, Marc was an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. As a member of the Major Trials Unit, he tried hundreds of jury and bench trials involving crimes ranging from drug offenses to attempted murder. In his current practice, he has tried numerous cases to jury verdict, most often representing clients who have been sued in cases where the claims were thought to be suspicious or involve fraud.
Marc is a member of the firm’s Special Investigations and Fraud team, continuing the work he began at Britt, Hankins & Moughan. In this role, he has represented insurance carriers in investigating and filing actions against medical facilities for violations of insurance fraud statutes.
In his spare time, Marc enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. You can most likely find him shuttling between coaching travel softball and attending their dance and theater performances. He enjoys cooking and spending time at the beach with his family.
