Meghan McDonald Bissell is a member in the firm’s Blue Bell office where she is a part of the Automobile Liability team. Meghan has handled matters at all phases of litigation, from inception through trial. Prior to joining Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, she was an associate at a King of Prussia based defense firm where she represented individuals and commercial clients in the areas of automobile insurance defense, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims and premises liability. Meghan was also an associate at a Willow Grove based defense firm where she focused her practice primarily in automobile insurance defense, including uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.

Meghan earned her undergraduate degree in Economics and Business administration from Ursinus College in 2004. While at Ursinus, she spent a semester studying at the University of Wollongong in Australia. She graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law in 2009, also receiving the “Pro Bono Distinction”. During law school, Meghan was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and was president of the Brehon Society. She completed internships at the Pennsylvania Civil Family Law Clinic and the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. She also volunteered as a court appointed Special Advocate, representing the interests of abused and neglected children. Meghan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Meghan lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania with her husband and three children. In her “free time”, she enjoys running, travel and spending time with friends and family.
