Brad Hoffman is an associate in the firm's Philadelphia office where he is a member of the worker’s compensation department. He focuses his practice on the defense of employers and insurance companies in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Brad is a 2005 graduate of Gettysburg College where he played intercollegiate football and is a 2012 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law. Brad was admitted to practice law in 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Brad provided in house general liability insurance defense, including automobile and premises liability. Here he obtained multiple defense verdicts.
He previously worked for Equifax Workforce Solutions handling employment law matters for Equifax clients. Brad has also worked at a large law firm based in Philadelphia in the subrogation department recovering workers’ compensation and property liens for two years during law school. Brad also completed an internship at the Atlantic County Department of Law. Prior to law school, he worked in government and politics. Brad is active in his church and community. He resides in Woolwich Township, NJ with his wife, son and daughter.
